Modified on Wed, 4 Sep at 7:13 PM

The refund process depends on how you purchased your subscription. Here’s a guide on how to proceed based on your subscription method:

TABLE OF CONTENTS

If you purchased a subscription plan or enabled a trial on our websites:

For website-based subscriptions or trial activations, please email us at support@coursiv.io or submit a ticket through the Support Center, specifying your need for a refund. We assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis, guided by our current policies and applicable laws. As outlined in our Refund Policy, we must understand the reason for your request before proceeding. Your opinion is essential to us, and we would like to know why you were dissatisfied.

If you initially purchased a subscription plan through our website and then downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play:

Your subscription is still categorized as a website-based subscription. To request a refund, please email us at support@coursiv.io with the details of your refund request as outlined above. We will then look over your request and respond as needed.

If you subscribed through the App Store, some users may be able to get a refund, and Apple determines eligibility for refunds at their discretion. Please follow the instructions below to apply for a refund:

    1.    Visit Apple Support.

    2.    Navigate to “Purchases and Refunds” -> “Start a refund request” -> “Request a refund”.

    3.    Follow the on-screen instructions.

    4.    Wait 24 to 48 hours for an update. If approved, additional time may be required for the funds to return to your bank account.

For any questions or further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team at Support Center.
