How can I change my email?

Updating your personal information, such as your email address, is a quick and easy process within the Coursiv app. 

1) If you subscribed to Coursiv through the Google Play Store or the App Store, you can update your email address directly in the app with just a few simple steps. 

Steps to change your email address:

1. Open the Coursiv app: Launch the app on your device.
2. Navigate to profile settings: Tap on the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen, then go to Settings.
3. Choose the change email option: Under Profile Settings, tap on the Change Email Address option.
4. Enter your new email address: A field will appear where you can input your new email address.
5. Save the changes: After entering your new email, tap on the Update Email Address button to save the changes.

Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll receive a confirmation message, “Email address updated”, indicating that the change was successful.

2) If you initially subscribed via our web app, you will need to download the Coursiv app to update your email address.

If you experience any issues while updating your email address, such as difficulties with your current email or encountering errors during the process, simply contact the app’s help center for guidance.
