What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is designed with fairness and legal compliance in mind. Refunds for services, whether on a subscription or one-time purchase basis, are granted at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws, terms, and conditions. For digital services, the right of withdrawal is typically lost once the service is deemed consumed, as digital content is considered fully delivered upon purchase validation.

 

However, EU residents have a 14-day refund period from the subscription start, as per the Consumer Rights Directive, provided the service hasn't begun with their expressed consent. Outside the EU, all charges are generally non-refundable, except in specific legal circumstances. 


Users may be eligible for a full refund if they meet certain criteria, including contacting us within 31 days of purchase and demonstrating adherence to the provided plan. Refund requests should be directed to support@coursiv.io, and each case will be reviewed individually. It's important to note that refunds are not granted for personal or financial reasons outside these conditions.
