Our business operates on a subscription basis, which means that a buyer purchases an introductory offer and, upon the end of the trial period, is billed the regular subscription amount. After the introductory offer, access to the platform will be locked if the subscription is not automatically renewed.
If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on our websites, please follow these instructions:
1. Open our app and log in using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the Subscription section in your Profile. You may find this option in the Settings menu.
3. Within the Subscription section, you will find the necessary information and options to renew your subscription.
4. Proceed with the renewal process as prompted.
If you are subscribed through the AppStore, to reactivate your subscription, please follow these instructions:
1. Go to the iPhone’s Settings
2. Tap on Your name and choose Subscriptions
3. Tap the subscription options related to the Coursiv app
4. Tap on the Renew button
If you are subscribed through Google Play, follow these steps to renew your subscription:
1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Tap on your Profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Select Payments & Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
4. Find the Coursiv app in the list of subscriptions.
5. Tap Renew and follow the on-screen prompts to reactivate your subscription.
