The app is not working properly. What should I do?

If pages are loading slowly or appear blank, please follow these steps:


  1. Log out and log back in: Sometimes, simply re-logging into the app can resolve loading issues.

  2. Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

  3. Clear the cache: Go to your device settings and clear the app’s cache to refresh stored data.
