1. How do I log in to my account?
Please follow the link below to log in to your account.
https://app.coursiv.io/auth/signin
2. It says, "Seems like you have not registered yet" when I try to log in.
If you have successfully made a payment and have not yet created your account, please, find an email from contact@coursiv.io with the registration link.
Step 1. Find an email titled "Complete your registration at Coursiv" from contact@coursiv.io.
Step 2. Press the "Create account" button and finish your registration.
3. What if I cannot find an email with registration from Coursiv?
Please check the inbox of the email address you used while signing up with Coursiv (check the Spam folder too). If you have checked all your email addresses and still cannot find a letter with the registration, could you send us an email to support@coursiv.io and include the e-mail address you used while signing up for our service or a receipt of the payment made?
4. What if it says, "Seems like you have already registered"?
It means you have already registered using this email address. Login via the link https://app.coursiv.io/auth/signin. If you do not remember your password, please, follow the instruction in section 5.
5. What to do if I forget my password?
Step 1. To reset your password, please follow the link: https://app.coursiv.io/auth/reset-password.
Step 2. Enter the email you used during registration.
Step 3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email.
Step 4. Enter your new password.
6. What if I did not receive the reset password verification code?
Step 1. Please, check your spam & junk folder in your email client.
Step 2. If you do not receive the code, please, try again after some time.
Step 3. If you still do not receive the code, email us at support@coursiv.io.
7. What if I do not remember my registration email?
In this case, please send us an email to support@coursiv.io with some supporting information so that we can find your account in the system:
If you paid through a bank card:
Last four digits of your card number
Your country
Your card issuing bank name
